Problem: Customer was getting black water and staining in home

Solution: Our Kinetico service technician went out to inspect the system and perform annual maintenance. The system brine tank needed to be cleaned and the filter was plugged full of sediments. The technician cleaned out the brine tank and added new salt and changed the filter and the system is running clean now. This is a reminder of how important it is to have regular service. Maintenance frequency depends on your water chemistry. Some homes may need to be on a more frequent maintenance cycle.
